Rich Alterman is a seasoned financial services and corporate development executive with over 40 years of experience in credit initiation, collections, recovery, and risk management. Throughout his distinguished career, Rich built a reputation as a ‘super-connector’—bringing the right people together at the right time to create powerful, mutually beneficial business relationships.
Before founding BDG, Rich held executive leadership roles at industry-leading organizations, driving new product development, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing revenue through referral-based business development. He has also served as a trusted advisor and consultant, helping businesses navigate the complexities of credit risk, portfolio management, and business growth.
